Overview

During the 1970s, John Warren Wells chronicled the seismic shift in human behavior which has come to be known as the Sexual Revolution. His monthly column in Swank Magazine brought no end of letters; he replied to everyone who wrote, and interviewed many of his correspondents by mail or, when possible, in person.

All of the letters were interesting. Some were extraordinary. The most outrageous found their way into Beyond Group Sex.

Heres the publishers blurb:

They all do their own thing!

Katherine, a beautiful woman who finds release in watching other couples...Grant, a minister who has discovered salvation through bisexual group sex...Keith, a real-life Humbert Humbert who seduces eleven-year-old girls...Rob and Emily, a brother and sister who have gone from incest to "marriage" to swapping...Roger, youngest son of a family whose members indulge in every form of sex with one another...

These are some of the people who tell their own stories with a blithe candor that would have been unthinkable in any other time or place than America now.

No one has done more to reveal the full extent and variety of the new kinds of sexual activity than John Warren Wells, controversial author of The Wife-Swap Report, Three is Not a Crowd, and other sensational bestsellers. Now his investigations have turned up some of the most amazing erotic case histories of his career.

You'll be surprised, startled, even shocked. But you'll read every word!

About the Author

About The Author
Lawrence Block has been writing award-winning mystery and suspense fiction for half a century. As John Warren Wells, he wrote eighteen books during the 1970s consisting of case studies of human sexual behavior. His most recent novels are HIT ME, featuring Keller, and A DROP OF THE HARD STUFF, featuring Matthew Scudder, who will be played by Liam Neeson in the forthcoming film, A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES. Several of his books have been filmed, although not terribly well. He's well known for his books for writers, including the classic TELLING LIES FOR FUN & PROFIT, and THE LIAR'S BIBLE. In addition to prose works, he has written episodic television (TILT!) and the Wong Kar-wai film, MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS. He is a modest and humble fellow, although you would never guess as much from this biographical note.
