Perhaps Sony Music assumes that consumers will note that the cover of Chic's S.O.U.L. displays a later photo of the group -- neither Bernard Edwards nor Tony Thompson, both of whom are deceased, is featured -- and therefore figure that the versions on the disc are not the originals. Nothing else comes close to indicating that the content on this disc is all live. It's performed well and with a great deal of energy, but the packaging is misleading. And, for whatever reason, "Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah)" is listed as "Dance Dance Dance (Yowsa Yowsa)." This budget-priced compilation will be of no value to anyone expecting to hear the hits as they were released. ~ Andy Kellman
