My favorite subject in school...English. Worked as a hair dresser for years until I married and had two kids. When they could walk and talk and go with me, I opened a retail store,then stared a rep company which lasted 23 years. I thought I was finally in the position to write, not true. I've learned you truly to have to write everyday,even if you aren't working on something to be published. Practice, Practice.
I signed up for several workshops on writing and publishing and finally decided to do what the Nike logo says and Just Do It! so I did. I published my first book Santa's Secret. It was like starting a family again with amount of nurturing you have to do. After Santa's Secret came Santa's Prize, Santa's Hat and Santa's Lost Reindeer. There are more stories waiting in the wings. I'm just about finished with my first non Christmas book called Ticklebugs. I hope you'll join me on this journey.
