Several years after the untimely death of the notorious gangster and legend Ivan “Influence” Ferris, a young Don by the name of Terror emerges on the streets on his quest to obtain power. Terror who has inherited the Moxy/Goliath empire after their demise has now advanced in the drug game to major league status.
Terror is fronting the kilo’s so the weight is heavy and a young up & coming hustler by the name of Kozy is getting a whole lot of money in Harlem. The real muscle behind Kozy’s success is his cousin Penny Myers, who is the ruthless leader of a crew called (U.G.M). Terror’s lieutenant Kozy is being taught how to play this ruthless, grimy, and heartless game. After leaving New York and migrating to Miami with his girlfriend Chinky, Terror is really enjoying the fruits of his labor by living the life of a millionaire at the young age of 24. The Miami life is beautiful, the cars, parties, and the money is lovely but when Terror meets a female by the name of Carmen Zanabria aka Candy, he finds out that nothing is fair when it comes to love and war.
