A former gang leader struggles to come to terms with a Harlem that has completely transformed during his ten-year prison sentence. Unable to use his newly-found technological skills, Lance Ingram (Daniel Beaty) is forced to take up a job delivering meals to the elderly, where he strikes up an unlikely friendship with an older woman.
