Oleg Haslavsky (1948-2021), Russian-Israeli litterateur, psychologist, photographer and painter, dedicated his life to creative arts and literature. Born in Russia, he lived and worked in Russia, Bulgaria and Israel. A polyglot and passionate translator, he was translating poetry and prose from French, German, English, Polish, Ukrainian and other languages. In visual arts Oleg used oil and digital painting techniques. While working as a clinical psychologist, he researched human consciousness and decision-making under uncertainty. Oleg Haslavsky made a significant contribution to modern Russian literature.
