Danny Elfman's original score for the film EDWARD SCISSORHANDS was a triumph of subtlety, whimsy, and dark charm, and, for fans, the London stage adaptation of the film could easily have been a disaster. Luckily, Terry Davis, who did the music for the play, honors and builds on Elfman's themes, creating a slightly more grand--but not grandiose--tableau.
